Bd245 Terms and Conditions - Terms of Use for Our Services

1. General Terms and Acceptance

By using the bd245 online gaming platform, you fully accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the bd245 platform. These terms and conditions apply to all bd245 services, games, promotions, and bonuses.

Bd245 reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately and will be published on this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms and stay informed of any changes. Continued use of bd245 after changes have been made means you accept the new terms.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To create an account on bd245, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and other personal details must be true and up to date. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings may be forfeited.

Each person may create only one bd245 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited. bd245 may request documents (national ID card, passport, utility bill) to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

3. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gameplay on the bd245 platform must comply with the rules and terms. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are clearly stated in the game lobby. It is the player's responsibility to understand each game's rules before playing. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless bd245 detects a technical issue or error.

All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures every outcome is completely random and fair. bd245 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way, and all games are regularly audited by third parties. Players may only place bets within their account balance. No credit or loan facilities are available. Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary by game.

• Minimum Bet: Minimum bet amount varies by game and is shown in the game lobby
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limit depends on player account status and game type
• Bet Settlement: All bets are automatically settled as soon as the game ends
• Dispute Resolution: Any bet disputes must be reported to bd245 support within 24 hours

4. Payment and Transaction Policy

Bd245 supports multiple payment methods for player convenience, including mobile banking, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency. All financial transactions are processed using secure and encrypted channels. Players may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Deposits are usually instant but may take a few minutes depending on the payment method and bank. Withdrawal requests may take 24 to 72 hours to process if account verification is complete. bd245 may request documents for identity verification before the first withdrawal. bd245 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, but payment providers or banks may apply their own charges.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

Bd245 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus and winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus terms are clearly stated on each promotion page, and it is the player's responsibility to read and understand them.

Bonus abuse or violation of terms will result in forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings, and accounts may be suspended. The same bonus cannot be claimed multiple times from the same player, family, IP address, or device. Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately, and bonus funds will be used first. Wagering requirements are typically 20 to 50 times the bonus amount and must be met within a specified time frame.

1. Welcome Bonus: New players will receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit (maximum BDT 10,000)
2. Deposit Bonus: Weekly and monthly reload bonuses for regular players
3. Free Spins: Free spins on selected slot games, subject to terms
4. Cashback: Weekly cashback offers up to 10% of loss amount
5. VIP Program: Exclusive rewards and benefits for loyal players

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

Bd245 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and provides various tools and resources for player protection. We believe gaming should be entertainment that does not affect your quality of life. If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, bd245 is ready to help you. Our platform offers deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

Players can set these limits from their account settings at any time and can seek help from customer support if needed. Using the self-exclusion option, players can close their accounts for a specific period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently). During the exclusion period, accounts cannot be reactivated even if the player wishes. bd245 partners with external organizations to provide support for gaming addiction.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd245 platform, and if detected, accounts will be immediately suspended or permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited: creating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, collusion or team play, using cheating or hacking tools, money laundering or fraud attempts, and harassing or insulting other players.

Bd245 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at any time for any reason, especially if terms and conditions are violated or suspicious activity is detected. If your account is suspended, you may contact customer support to find out why and to appeal. However, bd245's decision is final and appeals may not always be accepted. Legitimate funds in suspended accounts may be returned after investigation, but bonuses and suspicious winnings will be forfeited.
